What I Notice
— Thirteen
I am told I give the impression of not caring. I would like to correct the record, discreetly. I notice when a tin arrives dented. I notice when a supplier answers a question with a different question. I notice when the leaf in the photo is not the leaf in the box, and when a returns policy fits on a postcard and still manages to hide something. I notice a great deal, from a short distance, and I keep it to myself until it matters to you. That is what the checks are. — Thirteen
